What is a Coach

Coaching, Training, Mentoring, Teaching seem to all be interchangeable. For my own sake, I had to go into more detail about what each are. In all roles of leadership and management, it behooves one to understand these terms to better serve clients, friends, family or associates.  Coaching is more wholistic and can encompass many of these characteristics. As a coach you are responsible for the over sight of many, or in the since of one person, their many issues. The coach, knows the game the best as a whole and can foresee, where she or he wants to head and how to succeed.  The coach is the lead, the lead visionary, and strategist of the situation. Rules V.S. Standards

Rules vs Standards Rules are Created and regulated while standards are staples of operations. They may seem like they are the same but when you think closely to the details, rules always or most often created because of injury or death, adversity or disruption to a particular system. That vastly differs from the notion of standards because standards can't be broken in a sense, only violated. Even still, in that violation, there is a consequence that was inevitable to happen because of the law of cause and effect. Think 🤔!!!!!! In this way, it is imperative to pay close attention to the standards, because in between those standards are freedoms!
